As a non-profit organization, we try to keep the fees as low as possible to ensure everyone has a chance to participate. We are forced to make decisions on equipment, uniforms, and pay insurance months before the season. Due to the fact that we must make these decisions so far in advance, the following refunds will be granted only if an email or letter is postmarked by the date deadlines listed per the sport or activity or two weeks before the start of a program.
Scope:
Policy applies to N2 Sports and its affiliate seasonal program registration fees.
Refund Criteria:
- Participants will receive a full refund of registration and volunteer fees when a program is canceled.
- If a player voluntarily chooses to withdraw from a program prior to stated deadline; they will be refunded registration and volunteer fees less an administrative processing fee.
- No refunds will be given for voluntary withdrawal from a program after the withdrawal or refund deadline.
Associated Fees:
A $25.00 administrative processing fee will be assessed to all refund
Refund Request Process:
- To request a refund, please submit your request via email on the Contact tab. Please provide your child’s full name, the sport or activity he/she is enrolled in and reason for the withdrawal and a phone number.
- The request must be submitted prior to the stated deadline for each respective sport or activity.
- All refund requests will take 10-15 working days.
Method of Reimbursement:
All refunds will be issued back unto the card holder’s account.
